Late last year the elegant 34m new Spirit Yacht 111 was officially launched and stepped with her Hall Spars carbon rig. The yacht was designed and built in-house by Spirit Yachts to be one of the most environmentally friendly sailing superyachts ever created and it is also the largest single-masted wooden yacht to be built in the UK since Shamrock V in the 1930s.
Providing a high-performance edge to this wooden sloop, she sports a Hall Spars’ carbon mast and oceanfurl furling boom to facilitate short-handed sailing. We also provided a custom mast ramp that is fully faired into the mast for smooth transition to the mainsail.
The superyacht sure looks majestic upon the water and we look forward to see her sailing soon!
